Your Retreat

Join us April 19–21, 2026 at Cacapon Resort State Park (Berkeley Springs, WV) for the North Atlantic District’s Missionary Retreat. This retreat is designed for the whole family to enjoy worship, encouragement, and real rest in a setting that helps you breathe. Picture mountains, trails, an indoor pool, golf, plenty of space for kids to play, and more! Each morning, after worship, pastors will gather for mission-focused essays and wives will have an encouraging, Christ-centered breakout. During morning sessions, children will be cared for and engaged with supervised activities. This retreat is a celebration of Mission Counselor Mark Birkholz’s ministry through a “missional festschrift” designed to explore and apply his missional insights to your mission context. Registration Rates

Adults: $175 per person 

Children age 5 & over: $90 per child

Children age 4 & under: FREE

Your registration fee includes all meals and retreat expenses, so once you’re registered you can simply arrive and enjoy the weekend.

Lodging at Cacapon Lodge

To keep things simple and flexible, each guest is responsible for booking and paying for their own room. You will work with Cacapon Lodge directly.

How to book (Important!):

• Do NOT book online—you will not receive the group rate

• To receive the group rate, please tell the front desk that you are with the North Atlantic District Missionary Retreat.

 

Group-rate rooms (plus taxes/fees): 

Queen Room: $140/night

Double Queen Room: $160/night

King Room: $199/night

 

Notes from the Lodge: 

• Check-in time is 4 p.m. Checkout is 11 a.m.

• The 6% hotel/motel tax is mandatory for all guests, including those with tax exempt status.

• All guests must provide a credit card at check-in (including guests who are part of a group).
